Clubhouse Officer / Asst. Clubhouse Officer (Tung Chung) Full time/Part time

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in daily operation of clubhouse

  • To handle customers' inquiries and complaints

  • To maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the clubhouse

  • To monitor the assigned contractors for carrying out their duties

  • To handle the daily charges for facilities' admission fees

  • To assist in managing facilities in order

  • To assist in organizing recreation programs and activities

  • To carry out administration work and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Form 5,HKDSE or above, preferably in Hotel/ Sports/ Recreation Management

  • Experience in clubhouse management/ hotel industry

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese

  • Pleasant and outgoing character

  • Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing

  • Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills

  • Shift duty and public holiday work are required

Operations Officer - Security Management

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the document and provide the logistics support for the sites

  • Implement and maintain an effective Security Management System for the company operations according to the client’s requirements

  • Select and arrange suitable security staff on duty at responsible sites

  • Perform mobile patrol visits to service posts and inspect the project sites to ensure the security staff dressed properly to carry out duties in accordance with the Company Post Instructions

  • Regular meeting with clients and handle complaints and enquiries.  Carry out adequate actions to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Oversee the preparation of duty rosters and ensure most cost effective use of available staff

  • Assist the security operations of ad hoc events as assigned

  • Shift duty is required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, holder of valid SECURITY PERSONNEL PERMIT is necessary

  • 3-5 years’ working experience in security service industry / disciplinary services with at least 2 years at supervisory level

  • Out-going, self-motivated and willing to learn

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Holder of valid driving license is a MUST

Operations Manager (Security Guarding)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective security management system for the company operations according to the clients' requirements

  • Provide professional advice and design security management plans for clients

  • Ensure security services provided to clients are cost-effective and of high standard including training of security staff, conducting periodic drills and exercises

  • Manage and motivate an effective security operations team to oversee the security services provided to clients

  • Select and arrange suitable security staff on duty at responsible sites

  • Meet with clients, handle complaints and inquires, and carry out appropriate actions to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Oversee the preparation of duty rosters and ensure the most cost-effective use of available staff

  • Plan and supervise the security operations of ad hoc events as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must be holder of valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP)

  • At least 5 years' experience in security services of which 3 years at the supervisory level

  • Experience in providing security guarding services at hospitals is highly preferred

  • Form 5 standard

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Holder of valid driving license, Class 1 and 2 is preferable

  • Immediate available would be an advantage

Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine accounting tasks, mainly including account payables, book-keeping, expenses approval etc.

  • Assistant in handling month-end report

  • Liaise with internal members to fulfill customers' requirement

  • Maintain proper and systematic filing system

  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome)

  • Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated,detail-oriented and a good team player

  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadline

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in Property Management Industry will be an advantage

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Technical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance and repairing works for building and E&M installations

  • Monitor the performance of outside contractors for maintenance and repairing works

  • Handle enquiries on technical problems, procurement and budget estimation

  • Ensure all maintenance activities and operations of building facilities are properly maintained

  • Set up standard procedures and control systems to ensure they are strictly comply with rules and regulations

  • Prepare tender documents and technical procedures for maintenance projects and analysis reports

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, E&M or equivalent disciplines

  • Certificate / Diploma in Architecture / Building Studies / Building Surveying / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering would be an advantage

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property / facilities management, previous working experience in property management company is preferable

  • Proven experience in tendering work on building services system is a plus

  • Knowledge of building services installation, testing and commissioning and relevant statutory regulations

  • Good problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS applications, good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
