Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager (Residential - Cheung Sha Wan)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enhancement and assurance of the staff performance and service standard of managed properties

  • Provision of quality property management services with prompt response, tenancy administration and cost control

  • Liaison with clients, occupants and contractors

  • Establishment of standard procedures and control systems to ensure that they are strictly followed by all staff

  • Attend meetings of Incorporated Owners, handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Property / Housing / Estate Management or related disciplines

  • Relevant Professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH and MCIH

  • Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) is required

  • At least 2 years solid experience in property / facility management

  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Applications and Chinese Word Processing

Property Officer (Headquarter - Mei Foo)

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Property Manager in day-to-day operation, liaison, administration and handling document

  • To build up and maintain good relationships with clients

  • To handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners

  • To attend meetings of incorporated Owners

  • To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors

Requirements

  • Diploma in Housing Management or relevant disciplines

  • At least 3 years solid experience in property management

  • Out-going, self-motivated and willing to learn

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing

Maintenance Engineer (Facilities Management)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance and repairing works for buildings and E&M installations

  • Monitor the performance of outside contractors for maintenance and repairing works

  • Handle enquiries on technical problems, procurement and budget estimation

  • Ensure all maintenance activities and operations of building facilities are properly maintained

  • Set up standard procedures and control systems to ensure they are strictly comply with rules and regulations

  • Prepare tender documents and technical procedures for maintenance projects and analysis reports

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Service / Mechanical / Electrical or related disciplines

  • Practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects / the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers / the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors / Registered Architect / Registered Professional Engineer / Registered Professional Surveyor or equivalent qualification such as Chartered Engineer / Chartered Surveyor, etc is preferable

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property / facilities management

  • Proven experience in tendering work on building services is a plus

  • Knowledge of building services installation, testing and commissioning and relevant statutory regulations

  • Good problem-solving, negotiation and communications skills

  • Proficiency in MS applications, good command and written and spoken English & Chinese

Residential Clubhouse Senior Officer / Officer & Assistant

Responsibility:

  • To provide quality customer services

  • To maintain a smooth operation of clubhouse service counters

  • To conduct regular facility checking

  • To assist in organizing recreation activities

  • To carry out administration work and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above

  • Experience in clubhouse / hotel industry is preferred but not a must

  • Pleasant and outgoing character

  • Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

  • Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing

  • Priority for first-aid, fitness instructor, life saving certificate holder

  • Accept shift duty and work on public holiday

Clubhouse Officer / Asst. Clubhouse Officer (Austin MTR Station) Full time/Part time

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in daily operation of clubhouse

  • To handle customers' inquiries and complaints

  • To maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the clubhouse

  • To monitor the assigned contractors for carrying out their duties

  • To handle the daily charges for facilities' admission fees

  • To assist in managing facilities in order

  • To assist in organizing recreation programs and activities

  • To carry out administration work and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Form 5,HKDSE or above, preferably in Hotel/ Sports/ Recreation Management

  • Experience in clubhouse management/ hotel industry

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese

  • Pleasant and outgoing character

  • Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing

  • Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills

  • Shift duty and public holiday work are required

  • Less experience will be considered as Asst. Clubhouse Officer

Luxury Residential Clubhouse Assistant 高級屋苑會所助理 (馬鞍山)

職責:

  • 處理會所日常職務

  • 處理客戶投訴

  • 確保會所整齊、清潔

  • 監控合約承辦商提供妥善服務

  • 記錄會所設施租賃情況及收取費用

  • 管理會所設施保養

  • 協助提供會所文娛康樂活動

  • 處理日常行政文書工作及其他管理層所委派之職務

要求:

  • 須持有舊制中五及DSE或以上學歷

  • 曾任職會所或酒店業優先考慮

  • 良好中、英文

  • 主動、性格外向,善於溝通

  • 需要輪班及於假日工作
