Residential Clubhouse Manager (Tung Chung)

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the entire operation of the clubhouse effectively and within budget
  • To manage a clubhouse up to the highest quality of customer service standards
  • To supervise the clubhouse team and maintain good relationship with clients
  • To plan recreation programs and activities
  • To monitor the staff performance up to the required standards
  • To carry out administration work and other duties as assigned by management

 
Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Leisure / Recreation / Hotel Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, practical experience in Clubhouse is a MUST
  • Strong organization skill and experience in running a Clubhouse up to required standards
  • Strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable
  • Pleasant and outgoing character
  • Proficient in Ms. Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Shift duty and wopublic holiday work are required
  • Candidate with less experience can apply for junior position


Senior Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • Establish good rapport with business partners and clients to sustain business growth
  • Perform business research and analysis on market trends, pricing and costing
  • Attend regular meetings with client representatives to review project issues and address concerns
  • Deliver timely quotations and quality services to customers. Answer enquiries, handle complaints and conduct client visits


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in business administration, marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years in sales or business development role, experience in property management would be an advantage
  • Aggressive, proactive, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A good team player, self-initiative, customer oriented and result-driven
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good communication and presentation skills

Business Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support Business Manager in daily operations, prepare quotation, tender, contract, proposal and presentation
  • Assist to maintain client database and issue e-information to internal parties for service arrangement
  • Liaise with both existing and potential business parties regarding contract and service, build and develop effective relationships with our clients
  • Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate marketing plans and strategies for the clients to suit client's needs
  • Assist to prepare sales and marketing report for business analysis use

Clubhouse Officer/ Assistant (North Point ) Full time/Part time

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in daily operation of clubhouse
  • To handle customers' inquiries and complaints
  • To maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the clubhouse
  • To monitor the assigned contractors for carrying out their duties
  • To handle the daily charges for facilities' admission fees
  • To assist in managing facilities in order
  • To assist in organizing recreation programs and activities
  • To carry out administration work and other duties as assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Form 5,HKDSE or above, preferably in Hotel/ Sports/ Recreation Management
  • Experience in clubhouse management/ hotel industry
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese
  • Pleasant and outgoing character
  • Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Shift duty and public holiday work are required
  • Less experience will be considered as Asst. Clubhouse Officer
