Operations Management:

Understand day-to-day management of retail shops and sales analysis performance.  Recommend sales strategies to enhance work performance.  Build and maintain excellent relationship with potential clients and to extend the mapping of customer base

Associate, Group Policies & Controls


  • Provide administrative & secretarial support to Group Policies & Controls Department

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines with 1 - 3 years’ experience in handling office administration duties is preferred
  • Sound understanding of jewellery industry and interested in jewellery or gemstones are an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese Word Processing

  • Perform & drive different projects & tasks as assigned, including businessdevelopment, sales, marketing, branding, services, security, facilities, renovations, charity activities, events, etc.
  • Liaise & coordinate with different departments in relations to various business & operations projects
  • Formulate, review and provide advice on policies & procedures, systems and standards, prepare and update manuals & materials
  • Create & update content for any digital & online platforms including mobile, websites, Facebook, Instagram, blogs, emails and other social media channels, etc.

Marketing Coordinator


  • Support in online & offline marketing campaigns include social media platform patrol & feeds; Event rundown, logistic & onsite support; Premium sourcing & production; Marketing collaterals production; Redemption handling
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department including budgetary updating and payment arrangements, reports preparation, product loan and warranty arrangement etc.
  • Provide support to Marketing and PR team including preparation of memos, minutes of meetings, compilation of reports & presentation materials
  • Prepare sales and royalty report for licensors and send samples to overseas for licensors’ approval
  • Conduct market research & prepare clipping report
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned


  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Independent, pleasant, self-motivated with good communication & interpersonal skills

    • Conduct market research, analyze sales figures & prepare sales reports
    • Drive, deliver and monitor sales forecasting & budgeting
    • Formulate sales targets & incentive programs for frontline
    • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for sales and promotional activities
    • Monitor and follow up the progress of business projects on daily basis
    • Coach and examine frontline staff to ensure perform sales programs effectively

    • Degree holder in Business, Sales Management, Statistics or related discipline with sales management / sales analytical experience in jewellery, luxury or retail products preferred

    • Prepare statistical reports and analyze sales figures
    • Draft & prepare memos and provide clerical support to the department

    • F.7 or tertiary education
    • With working experience in preparing statistical / sales reports or analyzing sales figures is an advantage
    • Hardworking, meticulous & sensitive to figures

    Administrative Assistant, Group Executive Office


    • Provide full spectrum of clerical, secretarial & administrative support to Group Executive Office
    • Communicate with both internal & external parties to ensure smooth operation of the Group
    • Assist in business related & CSR projects
    • Prepare reports & presentation materials
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned


    • Degree holder in Business Administration, or relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in clerical /secretarial / administrative support
