Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Perform business analysis, identify constraint / risk and user requirement studies

  • Develop stakeholders' business requirements, translate business requirements into functional design and business workflow specifications

  • Understand the needs, facilitate and balance the requirements amongst multiple business stakeholders

  • Be the key interface between business stakeholders and development team & liaise with those team on resources allocation or scheduling tasks

  • Identify business processes and information technology required so as to recommend solutions to stakeholder

  • Communicate and prepare documents and technical information in line with agreed processes and procedures

  • Prepare test plans, conduct quality assurance test, coordinate UAT including issue tracking & fixing activities and providing end user training when necessary

  • Manage and monitor various projects and able to deliver agreed solution on time

  • Provide roll-out and post-implementation support

  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Studies / Information System or related disciplines with experience in IT business analysis is an advantage

  • At least 3-5 years’ solid working experience as Business Analyst

  • SQL skillset is preferred for troubleshooting / data extracts

  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skill

  • Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, luxury retail industry is an advantage

ASSOCIATE (OVERSEAS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – JEWELLERY RETAIL)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing & driving overseas business in order to build corporate brand, achieve profit goals & targets

  • Implement & review policies & operation procedures of overseas branches to optimize sales performance

  • Liaise with different internal and external parties in relations to the overseas business projects and results tracking including new branches set up progress, daily operation of branches and training & development co-ordination duties

  • Arrange weekly & monthly status update meetings and consolidate business reports in a regular basis

  • Handle & translate business documents into English / Chinese or other Asian languages

  • Monitor & handle shop opening, business projects, events & trade shows independently

  • Business travels to Korea or other overseas countries are necessary

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with sales driving experience in jewellery, luxury or retail products preferred

  • At least 2-3 years' relevant solid working experience in building rapport with business customers

  • Sales-driven with business acumen and strong problem solving skill

  • Independent, proactive, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficient in Korean or other languages of Southeast Asia is an advantage

ASSOCIATE, CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

Responsibilities:

  • Mainly to maintain CRM database system with various statistical reports preparation & analysis to recognize trends and patterns in sale performance and customer behavior

  • Propose and implement effective CRM strategies, programs, promotions and events for customer retention and business expansion

  • Collaborate with different departments / teams to develop and implement CRM projects or programs and evaluate the effectiveness

  • Provide clerical and on-site support for CRM events / joint promotions for members

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines with hands-on experience in CRM for retail / luxury brand preferred

  • Strong in statistical analysis with figures sensitivity

  • Customer-oriented, energetic with latest trend & business acumen as well as creativity

  • Presentable with outstanding interpersonal, communication & analytical skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate & integrate data from multiple databases, analyze and prepare various reports in order to provide insights regarding to the sourcing & purchasing of luxury jewellery

  • Assist in compiling presentation materials and providing day-to-day administrative support to the department

  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Mathematics or related disciplinesStatistics / Mathematics or related disciplines

  • Mature with positive mind-set as well as strong analytical and communication skills

  • Independent, proactive, well-organized and willing to learn

  • Hardworking, meticulous and a good team player

維修中心文員/產品管理員

職位內容:

  • 負責處理尖沙咀維修中心工作,包括刻字、交收等

  • 有機會處理品質檢定工作
