Human Resources Business Partner (Ref: CMIJD--0228-HRBPHK)
Act as a business partner to provide diverse HR consultancy/ services to the designated Country Heads to support their business needs, including performance management, salary & benefits and incentive plans review
Work closely with C&B team to ensure all regional practices are complied with labour law and aligned across the regions. Drive enhancement plan when necessary
Identify and implement HR best practices globally
Review, establish and implement various global HR policies and procedures, Employee Handbook etc.
Source and recommend external service providers on talent acquisition, payroll and HR compliance services in designated countries for management review
Lead/ participate in HR projects, including budgeting, annual salary review and any projects related to enhancement of operation efficiency
Support the team's daily operations and ad-hoc tasks when required
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 6 years' relevant experience gained from sizable organizations with at least 3 years experiences in working on regional HR assignments
Prior experiences as Regional HR Business Partner or overseas talent acquisition is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Proactive, customer focus, result driven
Active team player with strong interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
Immediately available is highly preferred
Senior Engineer - Overseas PoP Management (Ref:CMIJD-0227-SENDSEHK)
Mantain and support the Point of Presense (POP) site infrastructure and facility, e.g. ELV, HVAC system.
Provision the internal service order (rack, power, structed cabling perparation,etc.)
Carry on the IDC engineering project.
Provide support to daily operation and emergency support services.
Superise and working with external vendors.
Stock keeping and warehouse management.
Facilitate effective operation in the planning and design stage, and operation procedure documentation.
Degree holder in Building services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines
Minimum 4 years’ relevant experiences, experience in Facilities Managment is a plus.
Grade A Registered Electrical Worker
Basic knowledge of T1, DS3, SONET & DWDM Optical Transport Facilties, MUXES, DACS, Ethernet Technologies, IP, Networking & Routing
Expereience in Microsoft Windows and Office, familiarity with essential network tools.
Good interpersonal skills, independant and self-motivatied
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer.
Engineer, Data Center Facilities Management (Ref:CMIJD-0227-ENGIDCHK)
Manage the corrective and preventive maintenance for mechanical systems (e.g. Chilled Water Systems, Condenser Water Systems, pumps, CRAH units, etc.) in Data Center
Monitor the cooling loading of Chillers, CRAH Units, etc. to ensure with an optimum usage and in health & safe operation mode
Supervise the building services alteration and additional works
Manage the performance of out-sourced service providers are up to satisfaction and ensure full compliance against contract requirement & SLA
Maintain and improve the service reliability and plant efficiency
Coordinate and corporate with other colleagues for achieving the team goal
Carry out any ad hoc works that assigned by his/her supervisor
Higher diploma or above in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines
Registered Electrical Worker Grade B or above
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in in Data Center; with managing critical E&M systems is preferred
Experience in Operation knowledge of Chillers, CRAH Units, BMS knowledge is an advantage
Knowledge in CFD is an advantage
Self-motivated with good project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills is required
Proficiency in MS Office applications, AutoCAD and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
