Business Development Manager / Executive , International Carrier Business (Ref: CMIJD-0910-BDMHKMO)


  • Achieve sales & revenue targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from wholesale market or global carriers

  • Liaise with parties in headquarter to drive the opportunities and global deals

  • Formulate a Sales & Marketing Strategy and assist department head to deploy effective marketing events to our targeted customers

  • Establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with nominated accounts and develop long term partnership with them

  • Strengthen customer confidence into loyalty

  • Review & analysis the market situation and report to senior management periodically


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business related subject

  • 5 years above experiences of working in Telecom or related market, less experience can be considered as Executive

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity

  • Self-motivated team player and able to work under pressure

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in English, Cantonese/Putonghua is a prerequisite for this role

Marketing Executive (Ref: CMIJD-ME-0722-MEPBHK)


  • Plan and execute marketing activities of different channels

  • Coordinate with internal and external business partners with promotion arrangement

  • Support marketing manager to build marketing strategy and expand business partnership

  • Monitor and improve marketing performance of different channels, prepare weekly/ monthly report

  • Handle data-related tasks with logical analytic mind

  • Ad hoc assignment as required


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of Study (Communication, Marketing, Business, etc.)

  • 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or related field

  • Experience with digital marketing, mobile APP preferred

  • Commercial awareness to establish good business relationship with different stakeholders with goal-oriented mind

  • Good project management skills, sense of ownership, able to achieve target under time pressure

  • Proficiency in data analysis and PC skills, including MS Office, SQL

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Service Manager - Carrier Business (Ref: CMIJD-0904-SMVBCB)


  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for end-end customer service experience

  • Work directly with customer teams and executives as required; provide customer stewardship and advocacy; work with sales, solutions partners in to the support of identifying new business opportunities

  • Interface with the customer for operations issues after issues have followed proper escalation procedures and failed to obtain the correct level of support.

  • Attend regular performance review calls for service, operational or capacity planning-related issues;

  • Attend stewardship meetings with customer

  • Provide Steady state account management to verify the engagement of New Work follows

  • Maintain awareness of day-to-day change and problem process compliance;

  • Ensure SLAs are met for per contractual commitment;

  • Capability to solve the technical issues

  • Ability to work across virtual Global teams


  • Degree or above in Telecommunications or related field

  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in Carrier Business, with Voice Business experience is preferred

  • ITIL or CCIE certificate and any technical certificate in networking technology is an advantage

  • Creative mindset and well versed in Carrier or Enterprise sector in Telecom Industry

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

Senior Pricing Specialist, Greater China (Ref:CMIJD-0909-SPSGC)


  • Provide pricing support to local and overseas sales teams within tight schedule

  • Negotiate with global and local carriers for off-net resources with competitive price, contract terms and service level agreement

  • Prepare margin analysis and other documentation for reporting

  • Work with internal teams to complete pre-sales and post-sales process

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines

  • Minimum 4 years or experience

  • Prior experience in global telecom market is preferred

  • Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandrian
