Human Resources Manager, Manpower & HR Advisory
Provide resourcing and value-added HR generalist services and advisory to designated business unit(s) on manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, staff retention and performance management.
Ensure deliverables are in compliance with legal and regulatory and ethical standards, of the required quality, in adherence to the Bank’s corporate values, risk management policies and service standards.
Assist in the formulation and implementation of manpower and HR strategies to support the business strategies of business unit(s).
Act as the business partner of business unit(s) to offer advice and solutions on HR related matters.
Execute and communicate to business unit(s) various bank-wide HR programs and policies in support of the Bank strategies and business needs.
Ensure recruitment is effective in identifying good quality candidates with required competencies and ethical standards in performing their daily duties.
Assist the team head to offer advice to business unit(s) on implementing organizational designs to maximise organizational effectiveness in support of business strategies.
Monitor staff expenses and budgets of business unit(s) against the pre-determined plan.
Perform any duties as assigned by Team Head.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience from sizable organizations, preferably in banking or other financial related industries
Strong interpersonal and people management skills
Good communication skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Proactive, responsible, self-motivated with good commercial acumen
AM/M, Process Planning & Management (one-year contract) - ATM Project
Key Role and Responsibilities:
Take up the role of business analyst / project manager in operational or system projects
Review/design operations flow, review/prepare user requirements and business analysis
Manage the new products or services launch process and post implementation review process
Act as a communication hub between users and IT teams
Monitor the progress of PD/ PR and liaise with IT for system enhancement
Ensure quality delivery of system enhancement and sign off of UAT
Contribute/initiate practical suggestions and ideas to improve the operations efficiency, work process and control
Build and maintain good relationship with business parties
Work effectively with all team members to achieve targets and the Bank’s mission
Successfully supervise, coach and mentor all level of associates in the team
Manage the team to provide support to answer enquiry from business parties
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree holder (or equivalent qualifications) with minimum 2 years of banking experience in business analysis, operations and management, project management
Well-versed in project management and system development life cycle
Sound knowledge and solid experience in areas of banking products (retail & corporate), investment products and delivery channels
Familiar with consumer and/or commercial banking operations
ATM project experience is highly preferable
Excellent English & Chinese writing skills
Ability to champion change and innovation orientation
Good problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skill
Assistant Manager / Manager, Data Management (MI Reporting)
Develop MI reports to provide business insight or review business performance
Automate the generation of regular reports to minimize human intervention
Setup an effective mechanism to do ETL for external data, ensure the readiness and accuracy of data
Facilitate the usage of OLAP tools and coordinate its related enhancements
Envision & shape the governance, scope, framework and implementation plan in relationship to data quality management
Collaborate effectively with corresponding stakeholders to formulate and lead taskforce/ project team on data quality to define data quality governance structure
Perform data quality profiling and analysis, identify issues where applicable
Formulate remediation strategy/ approach; drive, coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders on remediation activities; orchestrate between different data quality initiatives
Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Computer Science, Data and Information Management or related discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience in information and data management, leads and campaign management, MI reporting with respect to programming and database architecture
Expertise in data/information management and data subject matters with track record in developing and implementing data/information strategy.
Knowledge of data structures, data systems/tools and data management policies/ practices is an advantage
Solid background and knowledge with data processing tools: SAS, VBA, SQL etc.
Excellent organizational, problem solving, influencing and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
