Key Responsibilities:

  • Front line representative of the Brand, responsible for managing the customer’s experience and selling products

  • Maximize the sales of products, by achieving your own individual sales targets and helping to achieve the Boutique targets

  • Provide qualitative customer service by delivering the best customer service

  • Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs and suggest merchandise to meet their needs

  • Ensure that the Boutique appearance is up to standards and the display of products are presented in accordance with specifications

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in luxury retail, preferably with sales background in watches and jewellery

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Cheerful, Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques

  • Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer & sales oriented

  • Professional presentation
