Contract Customer Service Officer (Contract & Billing)


  • Handle inbound / outbound calls of corporate customers on service quotations, payment issues, and any inquiries from customers

  • Perform administrative support of the department


  • Form 5 or above

  • At least 2-3 years working experience in customer service

  • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner

  • Able to work independently

  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel with sound typing skill

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Accounting Officer (Credit Control)


  • Perform credit collection activities and follow up invoice disputes with customers

  • liaise with different teams in resolving invoice issues

  • Answer and follow up customers’ enquiries

  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required


  • University graduate in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines

  • 2 years or above relevant experiences in accounting and or finance area

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Organized, independent, detail- minded and able to work under pressure

Product Officer – Digital Interchangeable Lens Camera


  • Liaise with various stakeholders, e.g. regional office, logistics service provider, etc., on product purchase, inventory planning, shipment arrangement, and sales

  • Support sales and marketing team on the development of product and pricing strategies and marketing programs


  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines

  • 1-2 years or above relevant work experience, preferably in Consumer Electronics industry

  • Knowledge in Photography is definitely an advantage

  • Independent with good communication, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

Human Resources Assistant (C&B)


  • Perform full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll, attendance, leave management, and staff benefit administration

  • Maintain and update employee information in HRIS

  • Prepare various HR statistic reports and analysis

  • Assist in employee relations activities if required


  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines

  • 1 – 2 years relevant working experience

  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance of HKSAR & Macau

  • Responsible to prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, including various business analysis, price comparison as well as inventory report from different sales channels and market data

  • Handle promoter commission calculation and process departmental purchase order

  • Provide support and other sales administrative work as required


  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines

  • 3 years or above relevant working experience

  • Experience in sales administration and business analysis will be an advantage

  • Advanced MS Excel skills including PivotTable and VLOOKUP are a must

  • Able to work independently with good communication, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Immediate availability is preferred

Programmer – Enterprise Application


  • Responsible for local support and development on in-house applications and reporting

  • liaise with vendors and internal users on integration and testing of applications

  • Prepare technical documents for systems


  • University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines

  • 1-2 years relevant working experience would be an advantage

  • Solid experience in ASP.NET & C#.NET, MVC5, Entity Framework development

  • Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, SQL Server

  • Knowledge in mobile application development is an added advantage

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Independent with good communication and interpersonal skills

Manager / Assistant Manager – Marketing Communication


  • To plan and execute marketing & communication strategy to maximize conversions & ROI for Canon camera & lens

  • To manage and implement media strategies via multiple online & offline communication platform to optimize campaign performance

  • To lead and support digital PR activities, social activation, event and channel management.


  • Degree holder in Digital Marketing, Communications or Business Studies

  • At least 8 years relevant working experience

  • Particular experience in SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Reporting & Media Channel Analytics

  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, WS) and familiar with Photoshop will be an advantage

  • Creativity, proactive, energetic, and able to work under pressure

  • Good knowledge in Photography technology will be an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
