Customer Service Assistant (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical support at our customers’ premises

  • Support mail room, print room or scan room operations with operating related office equipments in a professional manner

  • Handle customer enquiries if necessary

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary education  

  • 1 year working experience is preferable

  • Good command of Cantonese/Mandarin, proficiency in English would be an advantage

  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and possess with good communication skill

  • Willing to learn attitude and flexible mind for different job assignments and job locations

  • Basic knowledge in PC applications (e.g. MS Word / MS Excel)

  • Shift duties are required

  • Candidates with relevant experience will be considered as senior position

  • Excellence and diversified on-the-job trainings will be provided

Customer Service Officer (Showroom Representative)

The incumbent will be responsible for providing delightful & professional customer service in our showroom, as well as delivering product introduction & demonstration to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above with 1-2 years working experiences, particularly in retail or customer service field

  • Familiarize with digital products

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge in Photoshop is preferred

  • Presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer-oriented, self-initiative and able to work independently

Customer Relation Officer (1 year contract) – B2B Customer Care

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site customer training

  • Handle phone enquiries about machine operation

  • Assist Customer Delight Program

  • Provide administrative support as required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above

  • 1 – 2 years working experiences in customer service, experience in face-to-face customer service would be an advantage

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Good command of Cantonese and English

  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Outgoing personality and able to work independently

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

HR Specialist - Recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of recruitment function

  • Explore and develop various effective recruitment channels to cope with business need and development

  • Liaise with line manager and manage external recruitment vendors

  • Support recruitment-related ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology

  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably with experience in sizable companies

  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance of HKSAR

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint

  • Energetic, pleasant, detail-minded with tactful negotiation skill

  • Able to work independently with strong team work spirit

Assistant Customer Service Officer (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound / outbound calls of corporate customers on service quotations, payment issues, and any inquiries from customers

  • Perform administrative support of the department

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above

  • At least 1 year working experience in customer service

  • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and able to work independently

  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel with sound typing skill

  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit collection activities and follow up invoice disputes with customers
