Senior Supervisor – Marketing Communication

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and execute digital marketing from all digital touch points, online to offline

  • Support in executing effective marketing program to achieve the Campaign objectives & KPI

  • Develop and maintain positive relationship with local media and influencers to increase PR exposure and brand coverage

  • Propose creative content from idea generation, copywriting development, from online to offline marketing communication materials, control the communication budget

  • Monitor & prepare evaluation to all online & offline promotion channels to maximize the campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Digital Marketing, Communications or Business Studies

  • At least 4-5 relevant working experience

  • Particular experience in SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Reporting & Media Channel Analytics

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiar with Photoshop will be an advantage

  • Creativity, proactive, energetic, and able to work under pressure

  • Good knowledge in Photography technology will be an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English

HR Officer - Recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of recruitment function

  • Explore and develop various effective recruitment channels to cope with business need and development

  • Liaise with line manager and manage external recruitment vendors

  • Support recruitment-related ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology

  • 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably with experience in sizable companies

  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance of HKSAR

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

Requirements:

  • University graduate in E-commerce / Marketing / Computer Science

  • 2-3 years or above relevant working experiences, experience in project management would be an advantage

  • Particular experiences in data mining / sales analysis / digital marketing promotions

  • Sales driven with strong CRM sense

  • Self- motivation, independent, excellent analytical and presentation skills

Credit Control Officer (1 year contract)

The incumbent will be responsible for performing credit collection activities and follow up invoice disputes with customers, liaise with different teams in resolving invoice issues, answering and following up customers’ enquiries as well as assist in ad-hoc departmental works as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance / Credit Management or related discipline

  • 3-4 years relevant working experiences in handling credit collection and accounts receivable

  • Knowledge in using Dynamics AX will be an added advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner by advising our professional business imaging solution (hardware, software, infrastructure and solutions) to our customers

  • Prepare sales proposal and deliver product presentations to executive level

  • Manage and grow with assigned enterprise accounts, and new business development by meeting or exceeding monthly sales target

  • Keep abreast on different business trends and optimization process

  • Build up sustainable and long term relationship through in-depth understanding of customer need and business prospect

  • Implement strategic account review and customer visit plan

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration or related discipline

Programmer – Business Application

The incumbent will be responsible for local support and development on in-house applications and reporting, liaising with vendors and internal users on integration and testing of applications as well as preparing technical documents for systems.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines

  • 2 years relevant working experience

  • Solid experience in ASP.NET & C#.NET, MVC5, Entity Framework development

  • Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, SQL Server

  • Knowledge in mobile application development is an added advantage

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Independent with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer

Senior Professional Representative - Professional Imaging Solution

The incumbent will be responsible for handling professional enquiries and providing solutions on Canon Professional Video products, preparing sales presentation and product demonstration to professional customers, as well as supporting the development of professional market.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Photography, Videography, Creative Media, Visual Arts or related discipline preferred

  • 3-4 years relevant work experiences in customer services, technical support or video production

  • Good knowledge and strong interest in video production workflow is highly preferred

  • Proficient in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, Final Cut Pro / Premiere Pro / After Effect /Photoshop

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
