We are one of the specialized companies of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a global credit card centre in Hong Kong, we strive to provide world-class credit card products and services to both the domestic and overseas customers. We also play a major role in the development of e-commerce as well as credit card market in Mainland China. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are now looking for high-calibre candidates to take up the following challenging roles:

Contract Credit Clerk (1 year renewable)

Responsibilities:

  • To screen unsecured card or loan applications and follow up supporting documents with customers

  • To provide support in checking the applications to ensure they meet the credit approval requirements

  • To perform general clerical duties including data input, data verify, filling, scanning etc.

  • To ensure approval service turnaround time being within the guideline

  • To conduct telephone verification

  • Willing to work overtime

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above

  • Proficient in English & Chinese word processing

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives

  • Immediate availability preferred 

Assistant Officer / Officer (Credit Control Department)

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up overdue accounts

  • Prepare and assess debt restructure proposals

  • Handle customer enquiries

  • Perform general clerical duties

Requirements:

  • Degree holder (Fresh graduates will also be considered) or HKDSE / Form 7 with 2 years’ banking experience

  • Knowledge of credit card business and consumer loan product an advantage

  • Able to work independently

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

Customer Services Officer (VIP)

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure customers' service requests are fulfilled

  • Resolve and analyze customer opinions and proactively follow up with related parties for services improvement

  • Ensure good customer service is delivered to the customers

  • Prepare statistical reports / analysis and make recommendation for customer services enhancement

  • Handling Ad hoc duties as assigned

  • Five-day Work Week

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above, major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred

  • Knowledge in card products, systems and operations an advantage

  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong self-motivated, well organized, independent and a good team player

  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and be competent in MS Office applications.

  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered

  • Immediate availability preferreda

Senior Officer, Credit Card Operation

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operations to ensure both internal and external customer service level are met

  • Prepare statistics and analysis reports

  • Co-ordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations

  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent  

  • Minimum 3 years’ clerical or operations experience, preferably in banking / credit card business

  • Knowledge in card products and operations is preferable

  • Independent, self-initiated and good communication skills

  • Immediate availability preferred

  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Officer

Manager / Senior Officer, Mainland & Overseas Project, Credit Card Business

Responsibilities:

  • Implement regional credit card business strategies and tactical plans

  • Collaborate and co-ordinate with related internal and external parties in order to formulate the business plans in the aspects of product design & pricing, marketing strategies, financial & risk control and channel management

  • Assist supervisor to act as the project owner to closely monitor the implementation progress and planned initiatives

  • Identify areas of improvements by critical thinking with analytical support

Requirements:

  • Major in Finance, Economics and Business Administration related

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Credit Card Business or Commercial Banking is a definite advantage

  • Tough-minded, highly flexible and good drive to challenges

  • Independent and able to manage multiple tasks & meet with tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin/ English/ Cantonese
