Contract Business Support Assistant (CLBCBSA-REC1812)


  • Handle the documentation works in Business Support Team

  • Handle enquiries from customers and branches

  • Other works which assigned by manager

  • Five day office works


  • F.5 graduated or above or 1 year relevant experience

  • Self-motivated, energetic, willing to learn

  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills

Contract Merchant Support Clerk (MBDCMSC-REC1812)


  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team

  • Handle telephone enquiries

  • Assist in preparing analytical reports

  • Handle ad-hoc project assigned


  • F.5 graduate or above

  • 1-2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in banking / credit card business

  • Experience in business analysis and general administration is an advantage

  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

  • Immediate availability preferred

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

Contract Officer (Business Control/ Compliance) (CLBCBOOC-REC1812)


  • Conduct quality assurance, complaint investigation and departmental compliance checking

  • Review & streamline operation procedures

  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and follow-up on regulatory issues

  • Review and update internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies of the Group

  • Participate in projects


  • Form 7 or above

  • 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in banking / financial institutions (Fresh graduate will also be considered)

  • Solid experie nce in workflow design and good knowledge of consumer loans products is an advantage

  • Organised, mature, detail minded and good team player

  • Hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure

  • Applicants with less experience or qualification will be considered for the position of Assistant Officer

Contract Credit Assistant (CRMCCA-REC1812)


  • Screen unsecured card or loan applications and follow up supporting documents with customers

  • Provide support in checking the applications to ensure they meet the credit approval requirements

  • Perform general clerical duties including data input, data verify, filling, scanning etc

  • Ensure approval service turnaround time being within the guideline

  • Conduct telephone verification


  • Form 5 or above

  • Proficient in English & Chinese word processing

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives

  • Willing to work overtime

  • Yearly renewable contract
