To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are now looking for high-calibre candidates to take up the following challenging roles:

Contract Business Support Assistant (CLBCBSA-REC1809)


  • Handle the documentation works in Business Support Team

  • Handle enquiries from customers and branches

  • Other works which assigned by manager

  • Five day office works


  • F.5 graduated or above or 1 year relevant experience

  • Self-motivated, energetic, willing to learn

  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills

Contract Finance Clerk – Chargeback (FINCFC-REC1809)


  • Responsible for handling administrative activities such as correspondence and communication with other banks, merchants and cardholders

  • Prepare regular chargeback reports for management review

  • Prepare regular merchant reconciliation journal


  • Tertiary educated, preferably in business related discipline

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience (Fresh graduate will also be considered)

  • Proficiency in MS office & Chinese word processing

  • Good comman d of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Self-initiative, independent and able to work under pressure

  • Immediate availability is a plus

Contract Marketing Officer (MKDCMO-REC1809)


  • Support the team in roll out of different marketing campaigns

  • Prepare analysis and daily reports

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Translation, English/Chinese languages or related discipline

  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in marketing

  • Previously working in banking / credit card industry is an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel , PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good written and spoken Chinese and English

  • Immediate available is preferred

Contract Product Development Officer (PDDCPDO-CP1808)


  • Support the product development and launch of new features of credit card and e-commerce related products

  • Assist in managing the product development process from design to implementation

  • Work closely with various internal parties to ensure effective implementation of the projects

  • Keep abreast of the market intelligence on the credit card and e-commerce related products


  • Degree holder in Business-related disciplines

  • 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking / financial institutions

  • Good team player and able to meet tight timeline

  • High initiative and strong project management

  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)

  • Proficient with MS Office applications
