ASSISTANT MANAGER - CUSTOMER SERVICE (REF:JDB/BMW/AMCS/20180829)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To lead the service teams and manage daily operations of service centre
  • To supervise subordinates to provide excellent customer service and handle complaints
  • To solve technical problems by investigations and advise on the solution
  • To liaise with clients so as to maintain good relationship, especially fleet clients, and gain feedback from them
  • To prepare sales and operational analysis and reports as well as relevant documents
  • To explore improvement opportunities in workshop environment and operation processes and provide recommendations
  • Analyse information produced by the Management, identifying staff development needs, diagnosing any systems faults and planning the optimum allocation of resources to achieve company target

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in automotive industry with 3 years proven supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Sensitive to figures, able to prepare and comprehend financial analysis
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License
     

RECEPTIONIST (SERVICE CENTRE) (REF:JDB/BMW/RECPSC/20180829)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide quality services
  • Handle visitor registration, customer enquiries in a professional manner
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Customer oriented, cheerful and outgoing personality

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CALL CENTRE) (REF.: JDB/BMW/CSOCC/20180829)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback through inbound calls, including but not limited to booking, enquiries, campaigns, vehicle updates, etc.
  • Perform outbound calls to provide premium follow up services, eg. booking reminders, retention calls, ad-hoc projects, etc.
  • Handle email and website enquiries and requests
  • Coordinate with other departments on customer requests
  • Provide quality service and support to customers
  • Assist in customer service activities

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year solid call centre experience, preferable in Customer Service
  • Fluent spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner, customer-oriented and can work under pressure
  • Tactful and attentive to details
  • Familiar with MS Office

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Mature and people oriented with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Proactive, independent and detail-minded; can work under pressure
  • PC literate in Word & Excel & PowerPoint
