Sales Administrative Officer

Job Duties:

  • Assist Sales Team to prepare and follow up documents of quotation, materials, order, invoice, delivery

  • Liaise with departments and customers for time and cost effective solution

  • Provide prompt response and solution of customer inquiries

  • Follow-up daily order with customers and liaise with logistics team

  • Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints from calls, emails, etc...

  • Provide administrative support to general office activities such as replenishment of office supplies, beverages, etc...

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Diploma or above in Business or related discipline

  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Independent, well-organized and detail-minded

  • Proficient in MS applications

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus

Sales Executive

Job Duties:

  • Achieve the company’s monthly sales target by acquiring new sales opportunities and enhancing existing customer base

  • Follow-up orders and enquiries, provide after-sales services, follow up on customer enquiry and complaint

  • Provide full range support to sales and marketing activities for retails Channels

  • Prepare sales report to Management


  • Diploma or above

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in Sales & marketing experience previous experience in baby products and health care industry preferable.).

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Self-motivated, pleasant character, willing to learn with positive working attitude.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player

  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered

  • Immediate available is preferable
