Audit Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • To plan and execute audits with focus on treasury cycle (i.e. cash and liquidity management, capital markets and trading activities), risk management process, as well as other banking businesses and operations.

  • To evaluate the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of internal control systems and provide recommendations on audit issues and findings being identified

  • To follow up the implementation of recommendations issued

  • To keep abreast of new regulatory requirements related to risk management processes

  • To participate in ad-hoc review projects

Requirements: 

  • University graduate in Accounting, Business, Finance or related disciplines with professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA or FRM.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ audit and / or treasury and risk management experience in banking industry or financial services companies

  • Strong knowledge in treasury products, e.g. money market, foreign exchange, fixed income and derivatives, and risk management process, including interest rate and market risk management, asset and liability management and operational risk management

  • Good knowledge of requirements from HKMA / Basel III

  • Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

  • Good presentation and report writing skills

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • The role may involve travel within Mainland China and overseas occasionally

Contract Officer - Financial Control

Responsibilities:

  • To assist team leader to provide project management and implementation support on a Group-wide project related to Chart of Accounts of the Group

  • To coordinate with business units to ensure a smooth and timely implementation of the project 

  • To prepare and maintain procedure manual and proper documentation

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines,

  • HKICPA or equivalent is an advantage, 

  • Relevant project experience in the banking industry on accounting system development is an advantage,

  • Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure,

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese,fluent in Putonghua is an advantage

Officer - Financial Control

Responsibilities:

  • To assist team leader to provide project management and implementation support on a Group-wide project related to Chart of Accounts (CoA) of the group, and on-going support on the Group’s CoA maintenance according to the governance and guidelines

  • To coordinate with business units to ensure a smooth and timely implementation of the project

  • To prepare and maintain procedure manual and proper documentation

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines,

  • HKICPA or equivalent is an advantage, 

  • Relevant project experience in the banking industry on accounting system development is an advantage,

  • Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure,

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage

Client Servicing Officer, Private Banking

Responsibilities:

  • To support Relationship Managers in providing operational, administrative and marketing services to clients

  • To ensure that all the established procedures and compliance guidelines including relevant code of conduct and banking practice relating to Private Banking and securities services are strictly complied

  • To answer client enquiries on financial markets and account information in a polite and professional manner

Requirements:

  • University graduate, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in banking (preferably private banking) and customer service

  • Passed the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer is preferred

  • Good knowledge of banking procedures

  • Proven exposure in credit and investment products

  • A team player with strong presentation and communication skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a must
