Buyer

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with end users on local and overseas sourcing

  • Support component purchases/contracts in electronic, electrical, mechanical, plant supplies and others, sourcing, negotiating price with both China and overseas supplier

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations Management / Statistics or relevant disciplines

  • 1 year’s working experience in purchasing is a must

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; a proactive person

  • Good communication skills with all levels of management / team

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is highly preferred)

  • Day trip to Shenzhen Plants for 3 – 4 days per week is required (Company coach will be provided)

  • Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Buyer

Temporary Accountant (6 months' - 12 months' Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily data processing and voucher postings

  • Perform month-end closing tasks and financial reporting packages

  • Assist in preparation of annual accounts

  • Conduct analytical review of the financial data

  • Handle other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines

  • 1 - 3 years’ working experience in accounting (Fresh graduate will also be considered)

  • Experience in using SAP will be an advantage

  • Proficient in MS office application

  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement

  • Able to work independently and be a team player

  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Field Services Engineer

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently

  • Frequent worldwide travel, mainly Greater China and Asian countries

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with overseas team to support customer services activities

  • Performing installation and set up as well as repairing semiconducting packaging equipment at customer's premises

  • Optimizing machine performance to fit customers' needs

  • Delivering customer training
