Operation & Services Officer

Job Descriptions: 

  • Support merchant operations and enquiries, including KYC, profile setup and account maintenance

  • Handle merchant requests and queries via call and email, and ensure quality and satisfaction

  • Participate in product and project development

  • Monitor activities of eCommerce merchants of any unusual activities

  • Support regular reports and operational procedures update and other ad-hoc related assignments

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary with 2-3 years of experience in Operation or Services

  • Banking or financial related operation or service experience will be an advantage

  • Service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently

  • Aggressive, result-oriented, fast learner and team player

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Fresh graduate is also welcome

Accounting Assistant

Job Descriptions: 

  • Support daily accounts operation including payment preparation, staff expenses reimbursement and settlement to merchants

  • Maintain accurate accounting data in Sage 300 system

  • Assist to prepare the audit works

  • Assist in other assignments in ad-hoc projects such as accounting analysts

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

  • 1-2 years related accounting working experience 

  • Experience in Sage 300 (Accpac) system is advantage

  • Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome

Accounting Assistant

Job Descriptions:

System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, lead development and enhancements of payment application systems and oversee implementation

  • Provide programming support in coding, development, maintenance, quality assuring and system implementation of web systems

  • Ensure development follow necessary standards and guideline

  • Manage requirements and monitor the project progress throughout project life cycles

  • Prepare documentation, provide user training, support and problem solving

  • Act as a team leader to drive and monitor the development project

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or equivalent

  • At least 6 years of working experience on web application development

  • Strong knowledge in Java, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and SQL

  • Good concept on object oriented programming, architecture, networking, database and UI

  • Have passion to learn and build up new technology skills

  • Self-motivated, teamwork and able to work in fast-paced environment

  • Experience in eCommerce, banking or financial is an advantage

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer

Temporary Clerk (2-month)

Job Descriptions: 

  • Responsible for scanning, filing, data entry and other clerical support 

  • Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or Above

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word-processing

  • Attentive to details, organised and reliable

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin

  • Immediate available or short notice is MUST

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
