Retails Sales Officer/ Assistant Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new merchants using our Retails Payment Services (e.g. Credit Card, Smart Card & Digital eWallet)

  • Develop effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve the sales target

  • Proactive in delivering quality account management services to existing merchants

  • Manage risk monitoring of merchants

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree Holder, preferably degree in Business Administration, IT or related discipline

  • At least 2 to 5 years relevant work experience in card merchant business

  • Knowledge of Retails Payment Business and online merchant is an advantage

  • Experience in sales and relationship management skill

  • Good credit judgment and knowledge of various risk of different merchant business

  • Strong business acumen and innovative with passion to succeed in a fast dynamic environment

  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong sales drive

  • Fast learner, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Sales Manager

Accounting Assistant

Job Descriptions:

  • Support daily accounts operation including payment preparation and staff expenses reimbursement

  • Assist in voucher preparation

  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

  • 1- 2 years related accounting working experience

  • Experience in Sage 300 (Accpac) system is an advantage

  • Self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome

Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Implement new initiatives aiming to deliver best features and usability in retail payment solution

  • As Product Owner to closely work with internal business stakeholders, IT and Application Development Team to define product feature and function specifications

  • Manage and coordinate with external partners to explore new retail payment solution and product

  • Manage the product development lifecycle with multiple stakeholders from initiative to post-implementation

  • Prepare and review product specification and documentation

  • Ensure timely and quality project deliverables by defining and conducting comprehensive project & UAT plan

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in IT, Computer science, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years' experience on retail payment, mobile payment, e-Business and mobile application development

  • Required in-depth knowledge in ISO 8583, card present payment industry and QR code payment

  • Knowledge in card present payment integration and project delivery is a plus

  • Strong project management, leadership and communication kills

  • Self-motivated, independent as well as being a good team player

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager/ Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective sales & marketing strategies and plans to meet the business target

  • Achieve company's goals with high standard of professional and compliance excellence

  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads in ePayment services, solutions and new product markets

  • Establish and manage strong presence in the market and develop strong relationship with banks, merchants and business partners

  • Proactive in delivering quality account management services to existing key account clients

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior & Marketing Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, IT, Finance or related discipline

  • At least 4 years relevant sales management, business development and channel work experience in IT, eBusiness or eMarketing

  • Strong business acumen and innovative with passion to succeed in a fast dynamic environment

  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong sales drive

  • Fast learner, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
