Product Manager (Retails / Food Service)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis to understand market trend and product performance to identify opportunities and challenges for growth and development

  • Involve in developing strategies for new products from idea generation, research, flavor development, package design to product launch

  • Lead and monitor product development & renovation projects, coordinate with internal parties for project progress and ensure deadlines are met

  • Plan and drive sales & marketing activities to achieve business targets, and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities

  • Response to customers’ enquiries and follow up issues

  • Compile regular reports and participate in ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing or related discipline

  • With 5-8 years FMCG marketing experience, with experience of food product development is a definite advantage

  • Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and take up new challenges

  • Good business sense, logical mind-set with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Assistant Product Manager (Food Service Business)

Responsibilities:

Sales Supervisor (Food Service Business)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales team to explore and develop new business opportunities by building up and maintaining good customer relationships

  • Collect market data to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for business growth

  • Initiate and execute promotional activities to achieve sales targets

  • Provide after-sales services, follow up on customer enquiry and complaint

  • Participate in sales & marketing activities and take up ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above

  • 3-5 years’ experience in food services with 2 years in supervisory level

  • Customer-oriented, well-organized and detail-minded, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Proactive, strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills

  • Detail-minded and willing to take up challenges

  • Proficient in MS office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Supervisor

Food Development (Senior Technologist / Technologist)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal departments for developing new products, improving existing formulae, designing product prototype and packaging

  • Perform nutrition analysis, shelf-life testing and sensory evaluation

  • Conduct production trials and monitor product quality of actual production

  • Perform cost analysis and risk assessment supported by laboratory analysis of microbiological and chemical results

  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree in Food Science & Nutrition

  • 3-5 years' relevant experience in food manufacturing industry

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of theoretical food properties, sensory analysis, food safety, heat treatment, HACCP will be required

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Development Technologist

文員 (Sales Admin)

職責:

  • 處理銷售文件及資料輸入

  • 聯絡及跟進客戶訂單,與客戶保持良好關係

  • 處理顧客的查詢及投訴

  • 其他文職工作

要求:

  • 中五畢業或以上學歷程度

  • 具相關工作經驗

  • 有良好團隊精神及責任感

  • 熟識基本電腦操作,懂SAP系統操作優先考慮

營業代表 ( Sales Representative )

職責:

  • 負責擴展業務,建立良好客戶關係

  • 提供銷售服務、跟進訂單及付賬

  • 處理及跟進客戶的投訴

  • 參與有關推廣及銷售活動

要求:

  • 中五程度或以上

  • 具2-3年相關工作經驗

  • 主動積極、有責任心及良好溝通能力

  • 具快速食品銷售經驗可獲優先考慮, 需外勤
