Assistant Store Manager 店鋪副經理 (New Store Opening)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire the team by communicating vision and purpose which encompasses the AEO's Core values.

  • Support the execution of the store business plans to drives KPI results and maximizes business opportunities

  • Act as the leader on duty and consistently models the brand customer service standards

  • Recruit, hire, develop and retain sales associates

  • Ensures all visual directives, mapping and floorset are properly planned, scheduled and executed seamlessly

  • Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions to drive results 


  • High school education or above

  • More than 2 years of retail or equivalent management experience preferred.

  • Ability to lead a team; develop and train others, delegate and follow up

  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving and planning skills

  • Demonstrated business acumen, ability to communicate effectively with customers and store team

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast‐paced and deadline‐oriented environment

Sales Associate 銷售助理 / Jean Expert (全職) - 尖沙咀, 旺角, 屯門


  • 了解客人需要,並提供優質的客戶服務及達致銷售目標

  • 協助店舖主管管理店舖日常運作,包括貨物陳列整理、盤點、文件等工作


  • 中五或以上程度, 

  • 具備時裝零售行業全職或兼職經驗者優先考慮

  • Jean Expert 需具備最少一至兩年牛仔褲銷售經驗

  • 有責任心,積極主動,對工作有熱誠

  • 良好粵語、英語及普通話
