Growth Manager, Merchant Growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination and management of campaign, plan the slogan and copywriting. Through coordinate and cooperate with other departments, follow up the whole procedure, make the campaign goes live smoothly

  • Data monitoring of campaign,conduct regular reports of data analysis to optimize Growth Team direction and planning

Job Requirements:

Financial Institution Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and manage FI cooperation for the development of Eco-system among different stakeholders including users, merchants, PSP and banks in HK

  • Cooperation with payment facilitators. Expand payment channels for Alipay HK. Develop and manage relationship with international payment facilitators (payment gateway, 3rd party payment company, card scheme, bank, OTC and other alternative payment channels)

  • Cooperation with banks. Develop and manage partnership with local and global bank to promote Alipay HK acceptance

  • Reach out partnering bank for fund settlement, FX, financial services, liquidity management and cross border solution

  • Enhance relationship with local regulator and promote digital payment and inclusive finance in the Hong Kong Area

Job Requirements:

  • More than 5 year working experience, 3 years of which in FI or payment channel relationship. Working experience in 3rd party payment company/ payment solution in e-commerce platform/ cards scheme/ bank’s payment solution department (payment or merchant acquiring) is preferred

  • In-depth understanding in local regulation and compliance regarding payment business and x-border fund movement in the region

  • Able to work independently and also a good team player, share the company core value and commit to meet the deadlines under time constraints

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent Excel and PPT capabilities

  • Fluent speak and writing English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory

UX/UI Designer (UI Focus)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the interaction design of AlipayHK products on both web and mobile platforms

  • Involve in product planning, detail design, design guidelines creation and team members mentoring

  • Manage end-to-end processes in user experience design from end user’s requirement analysis, through information architecture, wireframes, user flow, behavioral design and prototype to implementation for a variety of mobile/web products

  • Conduct agile design research, including needs finding research, conceptual validation, usability testing, data monitor, etc. and able to translate research findings into tangible designs

  • Participate in creating, maintaining and applying design guideline and templates

  • Influence the product direction and team decision based on your design and research

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in interaction design, industrial design, computer science, psychology, human factor or equivalent education or experience

  • 3+ years of interaction design experience in designing web/mobile products or financial products; more experience will be considered as Senior UX/UI Designer/ Lead UX/UI Designer

  • Excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration skill and ability to make compelling and clear design presentations for varied audiences

Technical Operation & Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for technical operation during project implementation and after-implementation maintenance support

  • Monitor and analyze the real-time/off-line data, providing maintenance and technical support as necessary to ensure that the business operation of key functions is normal, and the various types of key partners and merchants are working and sound

  • Coordinate the resources of all parties concerned to quickly respond to emergent cases of key merchants. Improve the cooperation mechanism and process

  • Summarize and optimize the on-line/off-line monitoring rules, work closely with the relevant stakeholders to improve the platform’s overall infrastructure performance and capabilities 

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years working experience in Software Development or Technical Support;

  • Familiar with JAVA programming language, computer networks, database, data mining, or business intelligence;

  • Should be able to keep calm in emergencies, and make the correct decision to handle the unexpected exception;

  • Good communication skills (fluent English); can coordinate and collaborate among teams to drive and complete the work;

  • Ability to work under pressure and take the 7*24 emergency on-call;

  • Operation or maintenance experience in the sectors of banking, payment agencies (payment & settlement business) is a plus.

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage local business development, including business planning, market development and operation, integrate resources to cooperate with key clients, government and associations,, small merchants, build up local ecosystem and empower partners;

  • Based on local market characteristics, make localized business strategies, and decompose goals for all segment market managers to achieve final goals;

  • Leverage key best practices to drive and successfully grab the new business opportunities in different segment market; build and effectively manage a list of new merchants or segment market to drive business development in order to meet the business development target;

  • Collaborate with internal resources and external network to prioritize and penetrate key accounts; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business;

  • Participating in big business tender and business project management. Plan, track and manage key milestone of a whole life cycle of a project from the beginning to the end, detect and mitigate project risks, and ensure successfully delivering the project on time;

  • Product Design: can give feedback to website based on market trends and customer needs to optimize products;

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience in Payment or financial services/retail/marketing industry;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Business Development Managers in client meetings, introducing AlipayHK payment service solutions to potential partners or merchants; help customers to identify right solution with AlipayHK payment service products

  • Responsible for Merchants/Integration Partners pre-integration technical inquires, integration project management and post-integration technical support requests. Ensure high quality integration with AlipayHK payment service payment network

  • Identify and summarize Merchants/Integration Partners’ pain points. Propose enhancement to AlipayHK payment service products and industry solutions engineering team

  • Manage the technical support service requests from clients. Collaborate with internal team to resolve customer’s issues

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years software development or software technical support experience, familiar with JAVA, Mobile(IOS or Android)、SDK development、Network knowledge TCP/IP/HTTP(S)/etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic operations planning for relevant merchants/industries and follow up the whole procedure, speed up the user acquisition and business collaboration and responsible for multiple KPI of operations

  • Data monitoring for daily operations, coordinate the resource of multiple departments to explore key points for business development. Increasing the user base and improving the user activation performance by strategic marketing plan

  • Conduct regular reports of data analysis to optimize operations direction and planning

  • Raise demands of product development and co-work with product development and technical team to achieve product realization

Job Description:

  • As Product Owner, deliver and enhance AlipayHK App to support business strategy.

  • Understand competitive landscape in local markets (Hong Kong), discover market insights and identify customer pain points

  • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, project-manage the integration of payment channels onto Alipay platform and overseas E2E development process from evaluating contracts to go-live. Manage channel partners and customer relationship in any product related engagement.

  • Articulate value propositions of business initiatives. Translate business requirements into product requirement/ user stories. Ensure development team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality product within timeline.

  • Understand user mindset and behavior thru research, observation, data-mining and E2E testing. Engineer and deliver frictionless and relevant payment experience to customers.

  • Manage partner and customer relationship in any product related engagement.

  • Understand, define and track product performance metric. Continue provide feedback to improve customer experience and performance

Job requirements:

  • 5 years+ experience in a product management or related role. Previous experience in payments or ecommerce industry is highly preferred

  • Good understanding on ecommerce, payment technology, payment channels and industry players in Southeast Asia markets

  • Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams, preferably integrating payment channels or payment services. Experience in understanding business requirement and defining product specifications
