We offer a consumer-oriented digital wallet under the ‘AlipayHK’ brand, which will further integrate online and offline payments to bring a truly universal experience for consumers.
Dedicated to local-currency payments in Hong Kong, AlipayHK attracted over 100,000 active users in the first two weeks after its launch May 2017. The mobile app is now accepted in over 4,000 leading retail brand outlets in Hong Kong. On top of in-store payment services, AlipayHK also enables many in-app lifestyle features such as third-party insurance products, and the ability to receive offers such as F&B vouchers and sticker rewards from local partners, such as online dining guide OpenRice.
Senior Product Manager / Product Manager
As Product Owner, deliver and enhance AlipayHK App to support business strategy.
Understand competitive landscape in local markets (Hong Kong), discover market insights and identify customer pain points
Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, project-manage the integration of payment channels onto Alipay platform and overseas E2E development process from evaluating contracts to go-live. Manage channel partners and customer relationship in any product related engagement.
Articulate value propositions of business initiatives. Translate business requirements into product requirement/ user stories. Ensure development team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality product within timeline.
Understand user mindset and behavior thru research, observation, data-mining and E2E testing. Engineer and deliver frictionless and relevant payment experience to customers.
Manage partner and customer relationship in any product related engagement.
Understand, define and track product performance metric. Continue provide feedback to improve customer experience and performance
5 years+ experience in a product management or related role. Previous experience in payments or ecommerce industry is highly preferred
Good understanding on ecommerce, payment technology, payment channels and industry players in Southeast Asia markets
Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams, preferably integrating payment channels or payment services. Experience in understanding business requirement and defining product specifications
Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans
Strong organizational acumen – ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration
Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English
Growth Manager, User Growth
Develop strategic operations planning for relevant merchants/industries and follow up the whole procedure, speed up the user acquisition and business collaboration and responsible for multiple KPI of operations
Data monitoring for daily operations, coordinate the resource of multiple departments to explore key points for business development. Increasing the user base and improving the user activation performance by strategic marketing plan
Conduct regular reports of data analysis to optimize operations direction and planning
Raise demands of product development and co-work with product development and technical team to achieve product realization
Conduct annual collaboration with Key Account merchants to provide exclusive incentives/ offers to our users, e.g. discount/service/promotion offers etc. Manage a good relationship with Key Account merchants to increase the scale of cooperation gradually
Explore market demand, optimize operations strategy, product development, and business development by paying close attention to market competition and analyzing feedback and reports of multiple departments
Bachelor or above degree, with at least 5 years working experience in E-commerce/ Banking/ Marketing of FMCG/ Operations strategy planning.
Customer-oriented and well-understanding of O2O business and operations.
Excellent capability of project management and strategic planning, strong sense of product and data management with good experience on problem solving skills on operations.
Goal-oriented with professional working integrity and responsibility, excellent capability of executions with outstanding communication skills with both internal and external parties for cross-department coordination.
High proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Provide both strategic and operational HR advice to business
Deliver quality HR services including but not limited to staff movements, HRIS maintenance, payroll processing, benefits administration, provident fund & pension administration, leave management and taxation
Support Head of Talent Management in annual salary/bonus review cycle and long term incentive scheme administration
Keep up with market trends and review compensation & benefits for employees to ensure competitiveness and equity
Formulate and implement HR policies and participate in HR projects/ initiatives; Provide recommendations or solutions in resolving complex HR issues
Provide end-to-end recruitment services to designated business
Drive employee engagement and employee well-being initiatives
Prepare HR-related metrics and management reporting

Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR
