Assistant Manager/Manager, Analysis

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytics and forecasts on key business areas such as sales, inventory turnover, AR and similar
  • Prepare cash budgets and analysis of variance
  • Prepare reports to support management decision
  • Monitor and update internal credit ratings
  • Consolidate and summarize reports from different business areas
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support management decision
  • Focus on European business area

Requirements

  • Degree in finance / accounting / business administration
  • 5 or more years experience in credit and collections
  • excel skills, VBA is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with any European language being a plus
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills
  • Able to communicate with people from different cultures
  • Self-disciplined and pro-active
  • Able to work under pressure and possess good leadership skills

International Sales Coordinator

Report to Account Executives (Areas: Greater China, Japan, Australia and APAC)

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will coordinate with Europe markets in carrying out different activities:
  • Consolidate and analyse all sales related reports on a weekly and monthly base.
  • Manage relationships with Asian customers (providing direct assistance both by phone, in person, by email), including customers service and after-sales activities.
  • Coordination and communication with the Logistics, Order Management, NY/HK Sales, Accounting and Retail departments.
  • Manage supply operations (orders entry / order amendment/ confirmation to clients), Inform customers for finalization of orders, tracking orders.
  • Participation in the preparation of sales campaigns: customer invitation, confirmation of appointments

Requirements

  • Excellent command of  English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent command of MS office, esp. excel and other data analytical tools
  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year work experience in luxury brand industry with an international background
  • Familiar with sales analysis and data treatment
  • Pro-active personality with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently under pressure whilst being a solid team player
  • Have a strong problem solving approach
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

 

Sales Coordinator (Europe Markets)

Report to International Sales Director and Account Executives

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will coordinate Europe markets carrying out different activities:
  • Manage relationships with international customers (providing direct assistance both by phone, in person, by email), including customers service and after-sales activities.
  • Coordination and communication with the Logistics, Order Management, NY/Paris Sales, Accounting and Retail departments.
  • Manage supply operations (orders entry / order amendment/ confirmation to clients), Inform customers for finalization of orders, tracking orders.
  • Consolidate and analyse all sales related reports on a weekly and monthly base.
  • Responsible for updating wholesale/retail projection charts on a seasonal basis (pre-market, in market and actual). Submit updates to corporate office on a daily basis during market.
  • Participation in the preparation of sales campaigns: customer invitation, confirmation of appointments
  • Focus on identifying, evaluating, and securing potential new accounts that are in line with the wholesale strategy and have an ideal brand mix.
  • Attend sales campaigns in Paris (4 times per year).
  • Might need to work on shifts / late hours to accommodate Europe time zone.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English, in addition to at least 1 Fluent European language (e.g. French, Italian, etc.)
