Electrical & Mechanical Engineer (Fixed-term Contract)


  • Managing works contractors and providing professional advice on technical and quality issues of enhancement and revamp works;

  • Ensuring the defined design, technical requirements, material and workmanship are up to required quality standard;

  • Conducting regular monitoring and evaluation on quality and progress of the works; and

  • Reviewing and commenting on contractor's submissions on method statement, programme etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or other related disciplines with at least 6 years' relevant working experience in the design, contract management and implementation

  • Professional qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or other related disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is required

  • Solid experience in airport works and/or sizable electrical and mechanical facilities under a live operating environment is preferred

  • Experience in large scale project implementation is an advantage

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organization skills

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Possess a valid HK driving license (Class 1,2) is preferred

Operation Supervisor, IT (Systems Operations Planning)


  • Provide guidance and support to facilitate team members in service delivery and daily operations

  • Engage in the project development cycle of IT Operations projects for improving the systems monitoring capability and operational efficiency

  • Specify support and maintenance requirement for the production systems and services

  • Provide technical expertise solution for application systems related problems and issues

  • Improve the operations efficiency by automation of daily operational tasks using RPA tools

  • Coordinate among stakeholders on system contingency planning and operational drill execution


  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in IT systems operations, technical support and project management with at least 1 year of experience in programming, scripting or RPA tools

  • Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or above is required and the certification in any RPA tools is preferred

  • Knowledge of web development in J2EE, JSP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON is an advantage

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task with ease

  • Preferably a holder of Hong Kong driving license (class 1)

  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

  • Willing to work on shift including night shift, when required
