Project Engineer, Planning (Civil / Building) (Fixed-Term Contract) (Ref: TRD18-0225-07)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring progress against contract milestones;

  • Ensuring timely completion of projects;

  • Undertaking interface/coordination checks related to civil, building and M&E works; and

  • Reviewing progress of consultants and contractors’ progress to report any potential issues/risks to programme

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering or related disciplines with at least 6 years’ relevant experience, of which of 3 years should be in project management

  • Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies preferable

  • Proven practical site experience in construction planning and programming of civil and building works.

  • Experience of coordination with Government, statutory bodies and other stakeholders an advantage

  • Experience of NEC form of Contract is desirable, particularly with respect to programme management and compensation events

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and planning/project management software tools

Operation Officer, Customer Service (Frontline) (Ref: T1CS19-0221-02)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality face-to-face customer services and accurate information at the Customer Services Counters or service podiums to airport users

  • Assist in the collection of accurate data from airport users for operation planning and further process and analysis

  • Assist in preparation of relevant reports on faults and repairing needs to ensure service delivery per pre-set standards

  • Required to work on shift duties (including overnight shift duties)

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 year's relevant working experience. Secondary education level with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered

  • Preferably in airline operations environment or property management field, hands-on customer service experience in high end malls or high passenger flow environment

  • A good team player, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and motivated

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)

Part-time Assistant, Customer Service (Temporary Opportunity for 1 year)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality face-to-face customer services and accurate information at the Customer Services Counters or service podiums to airport users

  • Assist in daily counter management to ensure service delivery per pre-set standards

  • Required to work on shift duties including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

Requirements:

  • Secondary level or above with at least 1 year’s relevant working experience. Familiar with transportation services is an advantage

  • Willing to work on shifts (4.5 hours per shift between 0645 – 2330 hours, minimum 4 shifts per week)

  • Team player, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and motivated

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good spoken Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) and able to communicate in simple English
