Association of Hong Kong Nursing Staff (AHKNS) was founded in 1977 by nursing staff on voluntary basis as a non-profit making nursing organization. The Association is registered under the Trade Unions Ordinance with the objectives to:

  • enhance professional development of nursing staff;
  • promote community participation;
  • improve the quality of health care services in Hong Kong;
  • advocate clients' rights.

With the support of nursing colleagues, AHKNS is currently the premier nursing organization in Hong Kong with over 27,000 members.
 

Officer (Insurance)

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • Need to pass in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper I, II, III & V.
  • 1-2 years customer service is an advantage;
  • Responsible, pleasant, helpful, and self motivated;
  • Positive working attitude and a good team player;
  • Good telephone manner and attentive to details;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and typing (English and Chinese) and must be computer literate.

Job Duties:

  • To perform daily counter services include handling all enquiries on insurance issues/health care plans, processing and follow-up customer orders, providing after-sales services and other quality customer services according to AHKNS customer service standard;
  • To handle all insurance claims and related compensations;
  • To issue Insurance Certificate;
  • To review and update various insurance records and reports;
  • To assist in the update of application forms and promotions
  • To prepare sales and renewal reports assigned by the supervisor;
  • To be responsible for other ad-hoc projects assigned by the Supervisor.
     

Clerk (Education)

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above;
  • 1-2 year project coordination experience is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator would be an advantage;
  • Pleasant, helpful, responsible, self motivated, detail-oriented and a good team player;
  • Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and typing (English and Chinese);

Job Duties:

  • To assist in course enrollment, promotions and publications;
  • To answer phone and written enquiries;
  • To provide administrative support in organizing educational programs;
  • To assist in classroom management;
  • To assist in filing and preparing report;
  • To perform for other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
     

Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and able to build rapport with customers and vendors
  • Prepare sales report, assist to manage operation of sales and marketing activities including stock and inventory control and monitoring of merchandise
  • F.5 graduate or above
  • A least 3 years sales and marketing experience. Retail or Online sales background is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
