Deputy Branch Manager – Branch (Ref: JD-BM-DBM)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the branch daily operation and ensure high quality services provided to customers together with branch manager

  • Develop and implement branch business strategies and sales programs to achieve sales volume and profits in aligning with objectives

  • Acquire new business and expand client base through various channels and networks

  • Perform credit assessment on credit service applications

  • Provide guidance and training to branch staff on operation

  • Ensure the branch is operated in compliance with related regulatory 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline

  • Minimum 3 years work experience

  • Experience in supervisory role is a must

  • Well organized with good sense of responsibility

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • 5-days work week, shift duty is required

Assistant Officer/Officer - Branch

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales & marketing activities

  • Ensure efficient branch operations & deliver excellent services to satisfy customers' needs

  • Perform preliminary credit assessment on credit service applications

  • 負責分行的一般查詢及客戶服務工作

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, fresh graduates are welcome

  • Experience with customer service/sales/ financial services will be an advantage

  • Well organized with good sense of responsibility

  • Good communication

IT Senior Specialist (Project Manager) (Ref: JD-IT-SSPPM)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project governance, management tools, methods, and reporting across the PMO office

  • Ability to understand and set stakeholder expectations while maintaining clear and effective communications to ensure awareness and engagement

  • Effectively lead project meetings with well-defined agendas. Facilitate group discussions, elicit clear decisions and produce meeting minutes with follow-ups/owners

  • Manage information and reporting flow to different stakeholders across the firm to provide reports on scope, budget and schedule perspective

  • Drive the activities of cross-functional, cross-business, and partner teams to ensure project success

  • Provide and influence the project team to follow the PMO best practices across the organization

  • Ensure the projects are following policies and process requirements including budgeting, security, compliance, vendor management etc

  • Manage specific project deliverables and assist with deliverables to ensure project momentum

  • Identify and manage project risks and mitigate delays or dilution of project benefits

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Project Management or PMO process, experience with full project lifecycle, and IT Transformation is preferred

  • Strong commercial experience working within a PMO in a large corporate environment, specifically in information technology-related projects

  • Project Management certified (PMP)

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Solid understanding of the Project Lifecycle (PLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) components

IT Specialist (Business Analyst) (Ref: JD-IT-SPBA)

Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements gathering, both functional and non-functional

  • Documentation preparation

  • Coordinate UAT, SIT and preparing test cases

  • Provide support to project and the team

  • Monitor daily operation and assure project coordination

  • Define new operation procedures based on the new card / system packaged solution

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in Information Technology, or related disciplines

  • Hands-on experience in collecting functional and non-functional requirements from various level of users

  • Familiar with system development life cycle, change management and project management activities

  • Strong drive to success and ability to structure necessary changes

Senior Officer/Officer – Insurance sales (2 Vacancies) (Ref: JD-M,IS-SO/O)

Vacancy 1

Responsibilities: 

  • Formulate the marketing strategies to identify the new business opportunities and channels for promote insurance products

  • Lead the marketing campaigns and negotiate with both external & internal business partners to achieve the pre-set target

  • Take the lead on product management, distribution and product strategy

  • To promote and ensure compliance of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory requirement, follow through to ensure smooth operation

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the sales performance in terms of quality, code of conduct, productivity and customer centric

Requirements: 

  • F.6 or above

  • 5 years relevant experience in insurance field, sales and marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the strategy, execution and performance of online insurance business

  • Negotiate with business partners and platforms on the business opportunities

  • Closely monitor, analyze and optimize all campaigns to identify opportunities and areas for improvement for the success of online insurance business

  • Work with Branding team and Insurance partner to maintain website content including promotion, product information and pricing, etc.

  • Responsible for achieving sales target and performing regular business reviews

  • Execute other assignments as appointed by the supervisor

Requirements:  

  • F.6 or above

  • Over 2 years’ relevant experience in insurance field, strong in sourcing and managing online platforms

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

IT Specialist (Test Lead/ Tester) (Ref: JD-IT-SPTL)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Test Lead and work with business analysts and developers/vendors to ensure that the systems will be tested to an agreed level

  • Prepare test plan, test cases, test data and expected results for the testing to be carried out

  • Perform manual / automated tests and record outcomes accurately. Carry out regression and performance tests when required

  • Investigate and accurately record all problems found during testing timely

  • Ensure defect log items are fixed and retested according to the project timeline

Requirements:

  • Good communication skill with fluency in Chinese and English

  • Strong team player as well as able to work independently

  • Min. 2 years relevant experience

  • Less experience would be consider as tester

Senior Officer – Credit Management (Ref: JD-M, SO)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisor in streamlining current credit collection operation

  • Assist in preparation and analysis of collection result & market information

  • Review credit collection result, evaluate and mitigate the potential loss from delinquency

  • Manage and prioritize collection activities by data analysis

  • Identify potential problem customer group and propose specific collection strategy to supervisor

  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • University Degree or Diploma, preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, Statistics or relevant quantitative disciplines

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial institutions

  • Strong analytical skill is highly preferred

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good command of Excel is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage data modeling

  • Using statistical approached to interpret data and generate reports to the management

  • Develop effective risk data aggregation models

  • Maintain knowledge-based system

  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above

  • Preferred BSc in related fields (Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to content management in company website by CMS, Facebook fanpage, edm, etc.

  • Responsible for all English and Chinese copywriting, including marketing collaterals, content on digital platforms, press release, etc.

  • Participate in web development, digital marketing activities of various cards, loan campaigns and monitor the performance

  • Assist in daily operation in the branding team and provide support on ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Communications, Journalism, Multimedia, Digital Marketing or related disciplines

  • 3 years or above working experience in digital content management, copywriting, good sense and knowledge of web development and analytics

  • Experience in HTML and CSS, proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge with Dreamweaver and Adobe Illustrator

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in e-Commerce, Marketing or related
