OUT-PATIENT SERVICE OFFICER II (FULL-TIME) PATIENT BUSINESS DEPARTMENT - OUTPATIENT

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably Mandarin

  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skill

  • Pleasant Personality, proactive, responsible, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure

  • Able to work on Shift duties

  • Good knowledge of computer skill, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and E-mail

  • Candidate with Call Center experience or Front Desk experience in Hotel Industry is definitely an advantage

MC CLINIC ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME/CASUAL)

Hong Kong Adventist Hospital - Adventist Medical Center located at Causeway Bay is looking for Health Care Assistants:

Job Description:

  • Answer patient's inquiry and appointment booking

  • Provide clinical support to doctors

  • Assist in clinical procedures and health assessment process

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above

  • At least 1 year exposure in clinic operation is an added advantage

  • Able to communicate in English & Chinese

  • HCA related training certification is an added advantage

  • 44 working hours per week, 8 working hours per day with shift arrangement

  • Clinic hours 9 am -7 pm, Saturdays regular off

WARD CLERK (FULL-TIME) NURSING DEPARTMENT

Job Description:

  • To perform basic clerical duties

Requirements:

  • Form Five Graduate

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (FULL-TIME)

  • Trouble shoot and maintain IT hardware and software

  • Perform back-up operations as well as data entry

  • Maintain Active Directory server, mail server, network switch, firewall etcetera

GUEST RELATIONS AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME/PART-TIME)

Job Description:

  • Proactively greets and escorts guests on arrival, their family and friends, visitors and / or doctors and provide luggage assistance

  • Gives direction and assistance. Understands needs and provides information or personalised solutions, working with Guest Relations team and other departments

  • Assists to arrange taxi or valet parking

  • Assists with lifts coordination, signals team to assist, and gives direction

  • Keep up to date on all hospital services as well as VIPs and special events

  • Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate with pass or above in English syllabus B in HKCEE / DSE or equivalent or Certificate of hospitality related discipline

  • Formal training in Hospitality Management will be an advantage

  • Relevant experience in serviced apartments, five-star hotels or front line customer oriented and detailed-minded service is preferable

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

  • Good computer skills

IN-PATIENT SERVICE OFFICER III (FULL-TIME) PATIENT BUSINESS DEPARTMENT – IN-PATIENT

Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality counter services

  • To process patient registration, admission & discharge and follow up with relevant documents

  • To coordinate direct billing arrangement with insurance companies and customers

  • To perform clerical duties

  • To handle billing enquiries and other patient services related duties

Requirements:

  • F. 6 or above

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing

  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skill

  • Proactive, responsible, independent and good interpersonal skills

  • 5-day work week

  • On-the job training & mentoring will be provided

  • Able to work shift duties**

  • Prior experience in Airline, Hotel or Insurance Company preferred

FACILITY MANAGEMENT OFFICER (FULL TIME) FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Job Description:

  • Support and provide regular report to the Facility Management Manager in planning,implementation, monitoring, inspection and review of facilities maintenance systems and policies to deliver quality Hospital facilities management services complying with latest statutory requirements and in safe and quality conditions

  • Assist to manage carpark and security systems including alarms, access controls, CCTV, etc

  • Assist to manage premises tenancy issues and communicate with tenancy and customers to provide quality tenancy and property management services

  • Conduct spatial utilization management including planning and review for better utilization of Hospital spaces, such as storage, clinical and non-clinical usage of spaces

  • Liaise with various Hospital Departments for requirements on facilities improvement, preventive and corrective maintenance, and identify cost-effective solutions

  • Assist to manage out-sourced services/works, liaise with services providers including consultants, contractors, suppliers, etc. to follow through out-source services/works including maintenance, supplies, installations, renovation, etc. to ensure services/works to be completed with required time, cost and quality

  • Coordinate tender process, including tender management, contract negotiation, service contracts renewal, etc

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Holder of Recognized Degree/Associated Degree/Diploma in Estate/Facility/Property Management or related discipline

  • At least 2 years working experience in facility/property management, preferably with experience in Hospital/Healthcare facilities

  • Relevant professional qualifications in facility/property management is an advantage

  • Familiar with latest statutory building and E&M regulations

  • Independent, mature, self-motivated, service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure

  • Good PC skills including MS Office, Project and Chinese Word Processing

  • Driving license is an advantage

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Facility Management Officer
 

DIETETIC ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME) FOOD & DIETETIC DEPARTMENT

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Cantonese

  • Nutrition knowledge preferred

  • Hotel and Catering experience is an advantage

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word both English and Chinese

  • AM (06:30 -15:30) and/or PM (11:30-20:30) shift duty
