Part-time Customer Service Officer / 兼職客戶服務員

Responsibilities

  • Handle local and overseas telephone and email enquiries of a major sports event in Hong Kong

  • Provide appropriate assistance and follow-up actions to the enquirers

  • Consolidate daily hotline log and report to supervisors in a timely and orderly manner

  • Assist in data entry and data checking as required by supervisors

Requirements

  • Good comment of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is essential

  • Good telephone manner and communication skills

  • High School Certificate or equivalent

  • Knowledge on sports and experience in participating and/or organizing sports events would be advantageous

  • Experience in customer services is preferred

  • Must be able to work on 18-20 September & 10 October

  • Must attend a one-day on-the-job training in mid-August

Period

  • Late August – October 2019 & January – February 2020

  • Remark: Working for 1-3days/week; must work on 18-20 September & 10 October; may require to

  • work in November & December 2019 for 1-2 days

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday 0900-2000 (Or half day: 0900-1400 / 1400-2000)

  • Saturday 0900-1300

  • Salary $70 per hour

  • Working Location Office in Wan Chai

  • 接聽大型體育活動的熱線電話及回覆電郵查詢

  • 為查詢者提供恰當協助,排解疑難

  • 記錄熱線電話內容並適時向主任匯報工作

  • 在需要時,協助主任輸入、整理及核對資料

工作要求

  • 能操流利廣東話、英語及普通話及具良好中英文書寫能力

  • 良好溝通技巧及電話應對能力

  • 中學畢業或以上程度

  • 熟悉體育活動或曾參加及/或統籌體育比賽為佳

  • 擁有客戶服務相關經驗者優先考慮

  • 必須於9 月18-20 日及10 月10 日工作

  • 必須出席將於8 月中舉辦的一天在職訓練

2019 年 8 月尾 - 10 月 及 2020 年 1-2 月
註:需每星期上班1-3 日,並必須於 9 月18-20 日及10 月10 日上班;或需於 11 月至12 月工作1-2 天

時間

  • 星期一至五 0900-2000 (或半日:0900-1400 / 1400-2000)

  • 星期六 0900-1300

  • 時薪 HK$70

  • 地點 灣仔寫字樓
