社區關係經理 / 高級社區關係經理 Community Relations Manager/Senior Community Relations Manger

主要職責:

  • 主動聯繫各社區持份者/組織,發掘合作機會;

  • 深入了解地區持份者所需,統籌、策劃發展社區平台;

  • 推動落實社區/商業項目,加強社區對香港01互聯網生活平台的認識和應用;

  • 主動聯繫多個部組,提供專業意見及協助;

  • 遵循由上級指派的其他相關工作

入職條件:

  • 大專以上教育程度;

  • 具五年或以上新聞/社區/政治/商業相關工作經驗;

  • 對社區、非牟利機構有認識和人脈網絡;

  • 對互聯網生態有濃厚興趣和一定認識,推動社區加強互聯網平台認識和應用;

  • 對社區議題有一定認識,了解地區不同持份者所需;

  • 具帶領及管理團隊經驗;

  • 具數碼營銷戰略經驗;

  • 善於與公司內外不同部組溝通合作,主動策劃不同社區合作,帶動瀏覽人數、會員人數以及品牌/商業增長;

  • 經驗較豐富的應徵者會被考慮為高級社區關係經理

Accountant/Senior Accountant

Major Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, monthly closing and management reporting

  • Perform daily accounting duties including preparing payment/receipt vouchers, cheque, invoicing, etc.

  • Prepare revenue analysis, commission calculation, sales reports etc.

  • Ad-hoc assignments and able to meet deadline

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines

  • At least 3 years working experience in sizable or listed company

  • Proficient in MS office and accounting software, experience in using Kingdee EAS software is a plus

  • Detail-minded, responsible, keen to learn, commitment to meet tight timeline

  • A good team player and can work under pressure

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

  • Immediately available or short notice is preferred

  • Senior Accountant will be offered if more working experience

Branding and Communication Executive

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate external and internal communications including contents drafting and curation for corporate and branding materials including guidelines, ads and work with design team for design and production of promotion materials

  • Assist in copywriting for all brand channels, such as press release, script, ad etc

  • News monitoring and keep track of good filing system

  • Ensure compliance of the branding guidelines on marketing collateral/advertisements

  • Support any ad hoc press and PR projects as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  • University Graduate with a degree preferably in Marketing and/or Communications, Journalism, translation or other related disciplines

  • 2 years of solid experience in handling marketing/communications projects

  • Basic computer skills with some knowledge of graphic design and photo-shop will be advantageous

  • Energetic with good interpersonal skills, can work independently, proactive and collaborative, detail oriented and multi-tasked

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is essential

  • Familiarity with new media and web-savvy

Digital Marketing Executive

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of integrated digital and ATL & BLT marketing campaign with external partners

  • Coordinate with internal parties (e.g. content, design, technical teams, etc.) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, daily operation and set up

  • Monitor consumers’ digital behaviors and drive conversion rate on e-commerce projects

  • Plan and execute SEM, email marketing, display advertising, and joint promotions campaigns

  • Identify market growth opportunities and improve market share

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years of solid marketing experience or E-Commerce

  • Knowledge on creative tool, such as Sketch, inVision, photoshop and illustrator.

  • Sound knowledge of user interface design processes, design strategies, design trends, user behaviors, user research and user testing.

  • Familiar with Facebook/Instagram marketing tool, social media, SEO and Google Analytics.

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communications (English, Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Outstanding team player and positive attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Knowledge on frontend development HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus

  • Strong understanding on online marketing methodologies, tools, strategies and trends

  • Startups attitude

Assistant Accountant

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform various accounting duties including accounts payable, invoices processing & payments and petty cash reimbursements in accordance to the Company policies and procedures

  • Assist in month end and year end closing

  • Support ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines

  • Minimum 1-2 year(s) Accounting experience

  • Proficient in Excel Good team player, strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated

  • Good command of both written and spoken English

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Immediate available is preferred
