Engineering Clerk
Monthly Salary: HKD19,000
Responsibilities:
Carry out administrative support, record all aspects of maintenance programs as well as prepare relevant monthly reports, tender documents and contract administration
Maintain a systematical filing for easy tracing of information
Perform ad-hoc duty assigned by Supervisors
Requirements:
Certificate or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Technology or other related discipline
At least 1-year relevant working experience
Well versed with computer knowledge
Good command of both English and Chinese
Self-motivated with good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
Estate Officer
Monthly Salary: HKD23,000-25,000
Responsibilities:
To handle daily operations of residential estate
To handle enquires and complaints
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in Property Management
Fluent in English, Putonghua would be an advantage
Holder of PMP (Tier 2) Licence would be an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Estate Officer
SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining business accounts related to all Suite and Catering Sale issues.
Make client contact, including making sales call daily and site inspections.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
Proactive, highly motivated and enthusiastic
Team player, good attitude, able to adapt to changes
Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer proficiency
Experience in hotel or serviced apartment with knowledge of Opera system is preferred
Front Services Representative
Responsibilities:
To provide a full range of personalized front desk services including check-in, check-out, answering inquires, promoting in-house events, baggage and mail delivery to guests.
To be responsible for handling guest special services, acting as an information centre and resolving guest problems whenever possible. Coordinate with other departments as required.
To prepare and maintain records pertinent to the guests staying in the serviced apartment and ensure that all guests receive prompt, efficient and friendly service.
To professionally handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity.
Responsible for providing Parkview Tour for Suite guest.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
A minimum of two-year experience in Front Desk operation.
Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and any other language would be an asset
Neat and well-groomed appearance
Customer focused with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality
Knowledge of Property Management System – Opera
Fresh graduates are welcome
