Guest Services Officer - Regency Club
What you will do:
Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times
Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and courteous tone
Provide front of the house guest services to guests
Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
What you should have:
Qualification in Hospitality Management
Preferable prerequisite experience in a hotel with good standards
Well developed Computer Skills
Good communication skills and language skill
A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
Fresh graduates will also be considered
